Drop-In Centres in Selkirk, Ashern, Arborg, Lundar & Lac du Bonnet

The Selkirk & Interlake Mental Health Support Centre was founded in 1991 in Selkirk, Manitoba. In the years that followed, we expanded with new centres in the surrounding areas of Interlake and northern Eastman. These drop-in centres provide those in need with education, advocacy and emotional support to facilitate their integration into their communities.

We also operate the Sunflower Café in Selkirk as a place to offer our members employment and to learn meaningful skills while serving delicious food.
